Loved this coffee when it was first introduced and have bought many 3# bags since. I know we will go into withdrawal when it is no longer available, just as we did when the 2016 Holiday Blend disappeared. Absolutely the mildest espresso-roasted bean blend ever. The difference between this season's Holiday Blend and last season's is staggering. Have employed a much finer grind just to come close to the rich, bolder taste I'm used to. This blend of beans is incredibly smooth with a subtle hint of chocolate and complexity, with as clean a finish as you'll find. After using these beans for over a week now I'm adjusting by using more to compensate along with the finer grind. Last year's blend was so superior to this years'. Upon opening the bag, I was greeted with a wonderful aroma. I made a single cup to give the Holiday Blend a try. Meh, was my first impression. Next day, after grinding enough for my usual morning dose -- and grinding a little finer -- my reaction was different. Since then, this cofee has delivered very good flavor along with that great aroma. I get a little cocoa note from this blend, and it's satisfying over all, though I usually drink darker roasts. 4.25 stars. (Posted on 1/15/2018)

I saw the value of the 3lb package as a riskless purchase. Lots of coffee being made for the holidays. Not only was the value there but it is excellent coffee. This is my favorite blend of holiday coffee. It's rich without being heavy or better. And under note of Coco keeps it velvety on the palate. Add real cream and stir with a peppermint stick for a holiday treat. This is my favorite blend next to the fog chaser.

This is a good blend. I set my coffee pot to brew "bold;" it could be a little more robust. 12 cup pot, I also like to blend it 4:2 with vanilla coffee. I have not tried just adding liquid vanilla. Will try that too. (Posted on 12/10/2017)

I was hoping for this 2017 Holiday Blend to be a WOW It's not -- at least not for us. I'm grinding it shot by shot for espresso. Maybe it's just not suited for espresso...? It's OK, just not great or even very good, just average. (Posted on 12/7/2017)

I am a coffee drinker. None of that milky, frothy, flavored, or sweetened crud. Strong, black coffee and lots of it. I prefer Italian roast coffee, but since you don't offer that roast, I have had to adjust my taste. I am half-way through with my first bag of Holiday Blend, and it has proven to be very pleasant. It is not bitter while providing a full flavored cup. Plus, it is organic, what's not to love. Excellent coffee. (Posted on 11/30/2017)
