Twitter Contest Rules
Promoter
The Promoter is Rogers Family Company.
Who may enter
The competition is only open to anyone, 18 years or older with a Twitter account. Employees and agents of Rogers Family Company and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
Conditions of entry
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
How to enter and selection of winners
1. The competition will begin September 21st 2009 at 9:00am PST and run through October 9th, 2009 5PM PST.
2. One prize will be available and will be awarded on 10/12/09.
3. Winner will be chosen at random using a computer program.
4. Winners will be announced on the @rogerscoffee Twitter account on 10/12/09.
5. To enter the competition you must subscribe the Rogers Family Co. mailing list AND send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include #rogerscoffee in your message. Please be creative and/or funny!
6. You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified), but you will only be entered into the competition once.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
8. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant.
Prizes
1. The prize consists of twelve (12), 12-ounce bags of either our Organic Coffee Co. Java Love or Organic Coffee Co. French Roast coffee.
2. We will ship this coffee to anywhere in the world - but we will use our choice of shipping methods. We will ship the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
3. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any lost or misdirected mail.
Notification of winners
Winner will be notified via a direct message on Twitter. He/She will be asked to email the Promoter for address information.
Entries
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email or tweets.Entrants' personal details will be used by the Rogers Family Co. strictly in accordance with our privacy policy.
