"OP" stands for "Orange Pekoe" which is a Sri Lankan classification of black tea - not a description of flavoring. To be classified as OP, the tea must be composed purely of long, pointed leaves that are plucked as the buds open into a leaf. - these lending the highest quality to the tea.
