Take a Roaster Tour

coffee roasting tour

Come Visit Us in Lincoln!

You can now visit our roasting plant in Lincoln, California (near Sacramento) and take a tour! Tours of our 281,000 square foot facility will be held on the first and third Friday of every month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at our headquarters at 1731 Aviation Boulevard in Lincoln.

To sign up for the tour – which includes an overview of our company history, our unique “Community Aid” program and a Q & A session - please call 1-800-829-1300 or 916-258-8000.

Please no food or drink in the facility.  Long pants, sleeves, and sturdy closed-toe shoes are required.  (Please be prepared to be on your feet for the entire tour through our spacious facility.)  While touring the actual production area, you will be required to wear a hair net which we will provide.  Gentlemen with beards need to use a beard net as well.  After the tour, you can dispose of these or take them home with you and create a new fashion trend!

Once you reach 1731 Aviation Blvd., please drive east through the parking lots to the very far end of the facility.  Look for the Rogers Family Company sign and our front door.

We look forward to meeting you!

I have been a devotee of your French Roast from Costco for a long time and really enjoy the dark, rich taste. Yesterday I went to Costco and saw your new (for Costco, anyway) Rainforest Blend and just had to try it. I had my first cup this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. The taste and quality are definitely up to your usual standards. However, I kinda miss the deep dark taste of the French Roast and will probably return to that blend for my next batch. Your coffee is something that I really look forward to while walking my Lab in the cool (sometimes freezing) early morning up here in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho . Keep up the good work. Jim L.

I had the opportunity to share the Guatemala Nataquescuintla coffee with a neighbor recently. As she is a confirmed purchaser of other coffee varieties, I eagerly awaited her comments. After she got through long sighs ending with "ummmmmmm," she explained the coffee was "very good and rich," adding "aromatic, robust and smooth." As a confirmed drinker of the Hawaiian Blend, I had already become familiar with the excellent coffee from the Rogers Family. In taking my first sip, I, too, was delighted with the warm, delicious taste and the beckoning aroma of the Guatemala Nataquescuintla. It made the morning coffee break truly an enjoyable experience and I look forward to many, many more. Thank you very much Rogers Family for understanding what we want when it comes to our coffee.

The Rogers Family Company has been in business since 1979 and is one of the nation's few remaining family owned, gourmet coffee roasters. Jon and Barbara's four children play an integral role in the ongoing success of the business.
