Java Perks: How It Works -- Account Set Up, Management and Modification
Joining Java Perks Coffee Club is so easy!
  • Simply shop for the items you want - start over there to the left under the "Shop Here" heading
  • Add them to your cart.
  • Right before you press the "Checkout" button, select this Join Club button and choose, "Yes, I want to set up a recurring order."
  • Choose the frequency for your automatic shipment (2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc.)
  • Sit back and let us do the rest!

With your first order, you'll get free UPS Ground shipping (AK/HI excluded), a free trial size coffee and a bag clip that keeps your coffee fresh. You'll get 10% off all ongoing orders. You'll get loyalty points for each automatic order good for any coffee, tea, or accessory in our store. You'll get the peace of mind knowing you'll never run out of coffee again, and that you're doing your part to fight global warming when your native rainforest tree is planted.

Other Coffee Club Setup Information...
  • You may not see the option to set up a club order if the order includes an ineligible product such as an accessory, seasonal product, gift basket, etc.
  • Verify that the Recurring Order discount has been applied to your total before checking out.
  • Coupon codes: the system does not accept 1-time use coupon codes, but it does accept high dollar value coupon codes.
  • Recurring Orders can only be shipped via UPS Ground (or "Free/Discounted UPS Ground if applicable)
  • All subsequent orders will also be shipped using this method.
  • Only credit cards are accepted for payment of Recurring Orders. Gift Certificates or Points cannot be used for payment.
  • Please verify your items, billing/shipping address, and order total before submitting your recurring order:
  • After submitting your order, you'll receive an order confirmation, and your free bag clip & trial size will be shipped with this order. Your next order will be created exactly the number of weeks after your first order date that you have picked for the frequency of your recurring order. At that time, the order will be shipped within 2-3 days and will be shipped via UPS Ground for arrival 5-7 business days later.


Want to change your order or cancel? No problem!
Simply manage your recurring order right here on our website from the Recurring Orders link in the "Your Cart" box in the upper right hand side of our home page. This link is enabled once you join the club.
  • You can change your credit card or expiration date.
  • You can change quantities, delete or add products on your automatic order.
  • You can also put it on vacation hold (make it inactive).
  • You can cancel (make it inactive) it at any time.

Managing your Recurring Order:
    Edit Recurring Orders
  1. Once you have created a recurring order, you can manage it under the Recurring Orders link in the "Your Cart" box. (See image)
    • You must be signed-in to your account AND you must have a recurring order setup in order to see this option

  2. Select your recurring order (#) from list to view
    • From there, you will see a summary of your recurring order
    • Select the Edit/Add/Remove Products and/or Coupon Code tab to...
      • Edit your product options such as quantity, size, whole bean or ground
      • Add a product to your recurring order
      • Delete a product from your recurring order
      • Apply a valid coupon code to your recurring order
    • Select the Change Order Status, Frequency, or Notes; & Edit Personal Info tab to...
      • Change the frequency of your recurring order
      • Hold or cancel your recurring order by setting the status to "Inactive"
      • Update your credit card information on file
      • Update your billing/shipping addresses
      • Edit, add, remove any order notes

  3. Please remember to update and then SAVE all changes for them to be applied to your recurring order.
