Promoter
The Promoter is Rogers Family Company.

Who may enter
The competition is only open to anyone, 18 years or older. Employees and agents of Rogers Family Company and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.

Conditions of entry
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to enter and selection of winners
1. The competition is open and ongoing.
2. Winner will be chosen at random using a computer program from the list of entrants signed up during the month's period. Winner will be chosen on the first business day of the new month.
3. Winner will be notified via email.
4. To enter the competition you must subscribe the Rogers Family Co. mailing list.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
6. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant.

Prizes
1. The prize consists of twelve (12), 12-ounce bags of either our Organic Coffee Co. Java Love or Organic Coffee Co. French Roast coffee.
2. We will ship this coffee to anywhere in the world - but we will use our choice of shipping methods. We will ship the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
3. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any lost or misdirected mail.

Entries
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email or tweets. Entrants' personal details will be used by the Rogers Family Co. strictly in accordance with our privacy policy.
